Completed in 2019, Ivy Place is owned and managed by Collegiate Realty, an Oxford, Miss.-based property management group with over 20 years of experience in real estate rental, sales and property development. We are on site and available to ensure you are happy with your home and the Ivy Place community.
Ivy Place is just one mile from the Square, two miles from the Ole Miss campus and less than a half mile to many restaurants, including Big Bad Breakfast, Jinsei, Snackbar, Volta, Handy Andy and Oxford Canteen. We are also a short commute to all Oxford schools and Kroger.
